My Running Goals, both for the upcoming year (2013) and beyond:

Sub 23:00 5k  – 22:17 – NBA Fit Run, Walk, Dribble 5k, 2/2013

Sub 6:30 mile

Sub 22:00 5k

Sub 48:00 10k

Sub 1:20:00 10 miler

Sub 3:45 Marathon

Sub 1:45 Half Marathon

Qualify for Boston

Run a Marathon for the Fun of it, Not to PR/BQ (i.e. run a super hilly marathon known for it’s beautiful scenery)

Win My Age Group in a race

Run a Relay Race

Feel the Pain Face in a race

Run a race at the same pace as my husband

Run for a team
